Rental Payments
Each tenant is provided a personal online portal for their apartment, allowing for online payments, online maintenance requests and obtaining balance information. There is no charge for online payments by check, ACH or debit card. If needed, please email info@nkyapartments.com to obtain access to our online portal. If making payment by check, please make all checks payable to Park Hills Properties, LLC, and mail to 407 Vine St., Suite 205, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Our company is dedicated to exemplary customer service. For maintenance requests please submit your request via your online tenant portal (and please provide as detailed information as possible to ensure we are able to address your request).
